Course Structure
Day 1. Receive a personalised mantra in an individual session along with the first few simple instructions to practice on your own
Day 2. Understand the mechanics of correct meditation and validate your personal experiences
Day 3. Learn the mechanics of stress release and how the body-mind connection influences your experience in meditation
Day 4. Picture a life free from irrelevant stresses and learn about the development of higher states of consciousness
